Intuit has a fully integrated Time tracking system called QuickBooks® TIME, formerly T Sheets. This product integrates with All QuickBooks® Payroll products and with QuickBooks® Desktop or QuickBooks® Online, it evens integrates with ADP, Gusto and Square payroll.
Using QuickBooks® TIME allows you to track time via the web or an app on any mobile device, it even has GPS tracking if you need to see where the employees are and set boundaries(geofencing). It includes a scheduling feature, PTO tracker and reporting.
If you use QuickBooks® and bill your customers for employee time you can import the time and directly bill that time including their notes, no data entry required and after you run the payroll in QuickBooks® it will calculate the associated payroll costs by project.
